Rooted Motherhood: Pregnancy & Postpartum Support Group 11/21-12/12

A 4-week group in Wentzville where pregnant and postpartum moms can feel seen, supported, and connected. Pregnancy and the months after birth are a season of big change. Your body, your sleep, your relationships, even the way you see yourself. You deserve a place to feel seen in all of it. Rooted Motherhood is a 4-week therapeutic support group for pregnant and postpartum moms. We’ll meet in person at Root to Crown Wellness in Wentzville, in a calm and private space. Each week, we’ll talk honestly, learn simple tools, and lean on each other. Together, we’ll make room for: • Worry, intrusive thoughts, and overwhelm • The highs and lows of motherhood • Rediscovering yourself while becoming “mom” • Tools to calm your body and feel more grounded • Changes in your partnership, family, and boundaries • Connection with other moms who get it I’m Aminah Williams, MA, LPC, CD. I’m a licensed professional counselor and a doula, and I’ll guide every session with care. Space is limited to 8 moms, so everyone has room to be heard. Come as you are. You don’t have to do this season alone.
