Transgiving 2026

Transgiving STL starts with trans people and opens the door wide, to our queer siblings, our families, and everyone who loves us. Since 2022, we’ve come together each year to give thanks for one another, welcome new faces, and make new friends. The day before, we gather to cook and decorate. On Thanksgiving, we serve one another and share a meal. Being together for the holiday brings us closer as a community and reminds us that we are not alone. This year is our fifth annual gathering, and to date we have served roughly 750 loved ones. Groups including PFLAG, PROMO, Shaare Emeth, TransParent, St. Mark’s ELCA, and Garcia Properties, restaurants such as Neon Greens and Sugarwitch, and countless individuals and chefs have supported this event. It would not be possible without the creativity and hard work of our community. See you at Transgiving!
