Yoga and Mimosas- See details for more info! Yoga & Mimosas at Your Favorite Local Brewery Friendship Brewing Company – Flint Hill Yoga + Mimosas is a gentle, meditative experience rooted in connection — to yourself and to community. This isn’t a fast-paced or mainstream yoga class. It’s a space to slow down, breathe and step out of the noise of everyday life. This experience goes beyond the mat. It’s about showing up intentionally for yourself while being part of a community that values wellness, authenticity and soul-aligned connection. After a 1 hour gentle flow guided by breath and mindfulness, we’ll gather for mimosas and conversation, turning the first Sunday of each month into a ritual of self-care and community. Hosted at Friendship Brewing Company, a local brewery known for fostering meaningful connections and lasting friendships, this gathering feels both welcoming and grounding. Come as you are. Leave feeling grounded, connected and supported. ✨ What to Expect • An all-levels, slow and accessible yoga flow • A relaxed, welcoming environment • One complimentary beverage/Mocktail included with your ticket • Time to connect, unwind and elevate your Sunday energy Bring a friend, your mat and a towel (optional) — and join us for self-care and soul-aligned community.
