Coordinate, Cooperate, Collaborate

Join us to learn when to coordinate, cooperate, or collaborate, and which approach will help move your shared work forward. Coordinating, cooperating, and collaborating are three different ways of working with others. Frustration often starts when we think we're doing one but are actually doing another. In this two-hour, in-person workshop,, organizational and systems coach Kate Trompetter will help you tell the difference, decide what kind of working relationship your project needs, and identify what it will take to move forward. Bring a current effort from your own work. You’ll use it to identify what’s happening, what’s making progress difficult, and what might help you move forward. Who should attend: Nonprofit staff and leaders working on shared projects, partnerships, or community initiatives—especially if the work feels stalled or isn’t producing the results you hoped for.
