Childbirth Experience In-Person November 2026

This IN PERSON class is designed to cover all aspects of childbirth to help you feel informed, prepared, and empowered for your birth. This is a free IN PERSON childbirth education class held at Northwell Phelps Hospital. This class is designed to cover all aspects of childbirth to help you feel informed, prepared, and empowered for your birth experience. We offer information on the following topics: pregnancy, labor, vaginal delivery, cesarean section, and newborn care. Labor management techniques include exercise, relaxation, breathing, and pharmacologic pain management. Time permitting, we will tour the Maternal Child Health unit.
