Creating Connection invites us to slow down, look up, listen deeply, talk together, and remember that community is something we create. Creating Connection is an intimate wellness + arts experience exploring what it means to build genuine human connection in an increasingly digital and isolated world. Through guided reflection, creative expression, conversation, movement, music, and intentional community-building, we’ll examine the ways technology has shaped how we relate to ourselves and one another—and rediscover the beauty of being truly present.
