Divine Group Sound Bath with Lisa Annese

Create space for love in your life through sound. Enjoy the sacred pause, relax, release and connect with your heart through meditation. "There's no organ system in the body that's not affected by sound, music and vibration. You can look at disease as a form of disharmony." - Dr. Mitchell Gaynor Create space for love in your life with a divine sound bath meditation. Session will bring you back to the present moment with conscious breathing, connect with your soul through a guided heart meditation and bring peace and stillness to your mind through the power of sound vibrations. You will leave the session feeling lighter, clear, balanced and full of love. Guided by Lisa Annese, Founder of The Space, the group sound bath experience uses the transformative vibrations of a variety of multiple sized gongs from 16inch to 38inch, supported by Tibetan bowls, mantra, chimes, drums and more, intended to wash over the body and mind. As the sound moves through you, it supports deep relaxation, energetic clearing, emotional release, and a return to inner balance. Come as you are. Comfy mats, blankets and pillows will be provided. Rest, receive, and allow the sound to do the work. Space is limited. Reserve your spot and give yourself permission to fully let go. Energy Exchange: $60 - Choose Credit Card ticket or Cash/ Venmo / Zelle ticket to save on fees. Venmo: Lisa-Annese-1; Zelle: [email protected]. Use code Venmo at checkout.
