Halloween Bird Walk

Join us at The Celery Farm to observe and identify birds that are on their fall migration journeys! Trade candy for binoculars this Halloween! Join us for a fall migration bird walk as we look for warblers, sparrows, raptors, and other feathered travelers passing through on their way south. This walk is designed for all skill levels — whether you've never picked up a pair of binoculars or you're a seasoned birder, you're welcome to join. Costumes are encouraged (comfortable footwear required — we recommend nothing that impedes hiking!). Come dressed as your favorite bird, a black cat, a scarecrow, or whatever spirit moves you. Binoculars and a scope will be available to borrow for those who don't have their own. What to bring: Comfortable walking shoes, weather-appropriate layers, water, and your Halloween spirit. Meeting Location: Green Way Entrance Guides: Karen and Stephanie You must register if you wish to attend. Ticket sales end at 5:00 PM on the day before the event. Interested in becoming a member?
