Kimchi Making Workshop with Choy Division

Join Michaela as we partner with Choy Division to learn to make delicious kimchi using produce from both farms! Join us on the farm for a evening of flavor making with Michaela and our friends at Choy Division. Learn the age old food preservation tradition of kimchi making and how the fermentation process works to make it delicious. Together we will chop, peel and mix our way to a delicous batch of kimchi and everyone will take home a jar. This event does take place on a working farm with uneven ground and fields that are surrounded by ditches. Please be safe as you walk. Travel stipends of $50 are available to attendees. Dinner provided. IMPORTANT NOTE: Farm workshops are canceled in cases of extreme weather (i.e. thunderstorms, tornados, hurricanes). We're always watching the weather and will keep everyone updated as to cancellations due to weather.
