RESONANCE with Belladonna at CoSM

Bohemain Belly Dance and Blade - fusion dance and sword retreat with Belladonna Resonance A Transformational Movement & Dance Immersion with Belladonna What happens when we stop trying to become someone else and begin to resonate more fully with who we already are? Resonance at CoSM is an immersive weekend of movement, dance, creativity, connection, and self-discovery set within the extraordinary environment of the Chapel of Sacred Mirrors. Through belly dance, Boho Blade sword work, yoga, improvisation, ritual, reflection, and collaborative creation, we will explore the many ways we resonate—with our bodies, our strength, our creativity, one another, and the spaces we inhabit. This experience is not about perfection. It is about presence. Listening. Responding. Taking up space while remaining connected to the whole. We will explore both the individual and the collective: discovering and strengthening your own artistic voice while practicing the skills of leading, following, witnessing, supporting, and creating in community. Throughout the weekend, each practice becomes another way of asking: What resonates with me? What do I amplify? What am I ready to release? How can I trust my own voice? How can my individual expression become part of something larger? You are already a work of art. Come spend a weekend surrounded by art, movement, nature, and community—and continue the lifelong practice of becoming your own masterpiece. Registration includes participation in all weekend activities followed by a field trip to Entheon!) Lodging and meals are up to the indivudal.
