Bring a piece from your closet and give it new life through upcycling, embroidery, patches, transfers & more—no sewing experience needed! Sew Your Story: Reclaim Your Voice Through Fashion is a hands-on evening of creativity, upcycling, fashion, and community. Bring one piece from your closet that you’re ready to give a second life — a T-shirt, sweatshirt, pair of jeans, denim jacket, or another simple garment — and transform it into something that feels completely your own. Throughout the evening, you’ll have access to several creative stations where you can customize your piece using techniques and materials such as: • DTF transfers + statement graphics • Hand embroidery + appliqué • Patches, trims + decorative details • No-sew customization and garment personalization • Creative guidance to help bring your idea to life No sewing experience is required, and you do not need to arrive with a finished design in mind. We’ll be there to help you explore ideas, experiment, and create something you’ll actually want to wear again. Expect an intimate evening filled with music, bites, cafecito, local vendors, creativity, and community — all while turning something old into something meaningful again.
