An immersive 75-minute sound journey through crystal singing bowls, gongs, voice and vibration, created to move stagnant energy We often walk through life unknowingly carrying a lot of weight and pain that shape our reality. With my understanding of this and my own spiritual journey, I intuitively create ceremonial sound baths because facing our pain is where we truly heal. I use a variety of accoustic instruments and my voice to move and clear out energy that no longer serves you. This is a transformational practice that will give you the chance to let go of the parts of yourself that no longer serve you so that you can tap into the expansive super human you were always meant to be <3
