The U.S. Small Business Administration's Massachusetts District Office in partnership with the Massachusetts Small Business Development Center's Western Regional Office and the New England Veterans Business Outreach Center is hosting “Buying a Business with SBA Resources” — a free event in celebration of National Veterans Small Business Week. WHAT YOU'LL LEARN This event is designed for entrepreneurs currently considering starting something on thier own, evaluating a franchise opportunity or acquiring an existing business. The process can be overwhelming without guidance and considerations of the following: • Emotional and personal financial considerations in buying a business • How to assess a business’s attractiveness and potential value • The role of financing and how to access capital to fund your venture • The importance of due diligence and research • How to find resources and SBA Lending Partners to get started WHY ATTEND All are invited.
