FALL WELLNESS FESTIVAL x HORSES

A fall wellness festival with Pilates, yoga, booty sculpt, sound bath, sauna, cold plunge, horses, DJ, vendors + more. Spend the day with us at Connecticut’s Fall Wellness Festival, a curated day of movement, wellness, recovery, shopping, and community at Silver Brook Farm in Uncasville, CT. Surrounded by horses and beautiful fall scenery, you’ll experience a full lineup of wellness classes including Mat Pilates with Mia from Pilatte, Vinyasa Yoga with Shae, Booty Sculpt with Lori-Ann from Body Construct, and a relaxing Sound Bath with Jasmine. Between classes, explore everything the festival has to offer. Experience the sauna + cold plunge, shop from wellness, beauty, and lifestyle vendors, enjoy food + drink vendors, discover brand activations, listen to our live DJ, spend time around the horses, and connect with an amazing community of women. Classes are intentionally spaced throughout the day, giving you plenty of time to shop, eat, sip, explore, recover, and connect without feeling rushed.
