Free yoga and movement practice that explores grief held in the body. Join Kelsey Moro of Riverbend Grief Movement and HOPE for Bereaved for a FREE yoga and movement practice that honors our grief and our people who died.

Together we will move through different poses and meditative practices that help to support and release feelings of grief. The practice will bring in elements of the fall season and how we can better attune to this season of grief. No previous yoga experience required. Please complete this waiver before attending.
