The OutWorks CNY Job & Resource Fair is a free commiunity event connecting LGBTQ+ professionals and job seekers in Central New York with the employers, programs, and resources that can move their careers forward, in a space where they can show up as their full selves. Taking place immediately following the City of Syracuse's Pride & Prosperity Summit, the fair brings together members of the LGBTQ+ community who are ready to connect, explore, and take next steps in their careers. At the fair, you'll have the opportunity to: • Meet affirming employers who are actively building inclusive workplaces • Connect with job training and workforce development programs • Discover community-based services and support organizations • Network with fellow LGBTQ+ professionals across Central New York Event details: Date: Friday, October 9, 2026 Time: 5:00 - 7:30 PM Location: Salt City Market Community Room, Downtown Syracuse Cost: Free Walk-ins welcome, registration encouraged. The OutWorks CNY Job and Resource Fair is part of OutWorks CNY, a free workforce development initiative from Come Out Central New York. The evening also includes a Queer Happy Hour at Salt City Bar (5:00 - 9:00 PM) stay and connect with the broader community after the fair.
