All Levels Welcome- this will be a gentle class with a fun vibe, led by Jamie Cook 500HR-RYT Bring your mat and your friends to this great cause. Evolution Fitness has generously donated the space for us to find our flow. The space is on the second floor, so plan to use the stairs. Tickets are free on Eventbrite, but we will be collecting donations at the event. You can donate ahead of time using the QR code below. Suggested Donation is $25/person.
