"Beginners Welcome" is a relaxed, no-pressure introduction to meditation. You'll be guided step by step through a simple self-reflection method: noticing the thoughts and stress you've been holding, and learning how to let them go. Most first-timers are surprised by how calm and clear they feel afterward.
