Sh made our steamed bun and pot stickers making class such a fun and memorable experience. She was very friendly, patient, and welcoming from the start, which made everyone feel comfortable, even if it was our first time making. She explained everything clearly step-by-step, from preparing the dough to rolling techniques and presentation. You can tell she is highly knowledgeable and truly passionate about what she teaches. She was also very helpful, always checking on us and giving tips to improve our steamed bun and pot stickers without making anyone feel nervous or rushed.
