Raku Firing Workshop at Seattle Pottery Supply

Raku Workshops occur every first and third Saturday of the month lead by Eric Solberg behind our retail store on 35 S Hanford. Eric Solberg IS BACK! Not even a van can stop this man! What to expect at a Raku firing: We start at 10 A.M and fire until all the pieces are done. The cut off time to glaze is at 12PM, be sure to get here on time! Glazes for self-application are provided, our knowledgeable staff will be facilitating and present to fire and answer questions. BYOB - Bring your own Bisqueware! There is a limit of 4 small to medium sized bisque vessels. Early arrival is encouraged to ensure your pieces have the best chance to get fired! If you have additional pieces to fire, they cost $10 each and you can pay on arrival. This event needs 5 participants minimum. Ticket holders will be notified and refunded (minus Eventbrite's fee) 3 days prior to the event should we not meet the minimum participants. Private sessions are also available, please contact us for details and pricing. You can call us at (206) 587-0570 or [email protected].
