A Monthly Process Painting Workshop Every 3rd Saturday · In Person · All Supplies Included The Relaxed Brush is a gentle, in-person painting workshop designed to help you slow down, soften your body, and reconnect with yourself through art. We paint slowly, using gentle movement and simple, intuitive brushwork. The focus is not on creating a polished or “hangable” painting, but on entering a state of flow, where the nervous system settles, the mind quiets, and the body leads the creative process. This is a no-pressure, process-based class. Art itself becomes the somatic practice. I offer easy, open-ended painting prompts to help you begin. You are always welcome to follow them closely, adapt them, or ignore them entirely and paint intuitively. There is no right way to participate. All supplies are provided. No experience is necessary.
