Yoga at the Gallery

Yoga at the Gallery is a 45-minute yoga experience held within Gallery B612's central gallery, designed to invite participants into a slower, more intentional relationship with movement, breath, and space. Rooted in Hatha yoga the class encourages participants to reconnect with their bodies through gentle, guided movement and moments of stillness. The experience is accessible to most and emphasizes presence, reflection, and a connection to the surrounding environment. Please bring your own water bottle and yoga mat (a limited number may be available if needed). What to know: • Doors open at 9:30am • Pre-registration encouraged • Please arrive a few minutes early to set up and get comfortable. • Limited spots available to walk-in's - walk-in's should arrive 15 min early. • Doors will lock shortly after the start of class to keep the session private. • Refundable up to 24 hours before start of session. Non-refundable w/in 24 hours of session. • Ample access via mass transit routes. Parking can be challenging, please give yourself extra time.
