Grow The Capitol Core - Free Pilates in the park Date & Time: Weekly social & fitness class Every Tuesday at 6:00 PM - 7:30 pm(Eastern Daylight Time) Location: Pedrick Pond Park & Library Join us for a naturally heated mat Pilates (powered by the sun) session perfect for all ages and levels! Bring a friend, your towel, water, bug spray, and your yoga mat. Bring light ankle/wrist weights. Our new teacher is pursuing certification, making this a wonderful opportunity to grow your mind and body in a fun, supportive community. Join The Capitol Core and celebrate the Flowing into Fall with a free class during this hot girl time! Don’t miss out on the fun and connection!
