Flow into Fall with monthly wellness book club and Pilates. Connect. Move. Grow. The Capitol Core - Free Pilates & Book Club Wellness Event Date & Time: First Weekend of the Month Next Events: Oct 3, Nov 7, Dec 5, Jan 3 Location: AC hotel at Cascades Park We’ll start with the book club/chat, then do Pilates followed by a relaxed cooldown walk. FREE to attend! We’re also working on some fun extras like vendors + giveaways 👀 Naturally heated mat Pilates (powered by the sun) session perfect for all ages and levels! Bring a friend, ankle/wrist weights, your towel, water, bug spray, and your yoga mat. Our new teacher is pursuing certification, making this a wonderful opportunity to grow your mind and body in a fun, supportive community.
