2027 Vendor Registration - ISA Tampa Section Florida Automation Expo

Vendor Registration for 2027 Florida Automation Expo Registration will open on October 29th for new vendors. Vendors from 2026 will have access on October 22nd. Use the "Buy on Map" button to select your booth. Booth Options • · (26) 8x8 Tabletop Only - $1,150 • · (23) 8x12 - $1,350 • · (2) 20x15 with 3p 208v - $1,750 • · (9) 20x23 - $1,950 • · (2) 20x25 with 3p 208v - $2,250 • Booth 5 must provide a 6’ easement on Setup Day. • · (1) 29x29 with 3p 208v - $2,550 • · Demo Van at facility entrance - $500 Add-ons • Pre-Show Networking Event (Wednesday Feb 17) Sponsorship- $200 • Our 2026 pre-show event at Angry Chair Brewery had 70 attendees and was a great event • Banner in Event App Header - $100 • Have your logo and information highlighted in the Event App header • (1) Alcoholic Drink Ticket - $13 • (5) Raffle Tickets - $25 • (1) Setup Day Pizza - $60 • Per Raymond James Stadium, no outside food is allowed in the stadium. Raffle to benefit ISA Student Chapters and local STEM programs • · The raffle has been a big hit, and we are continuing it. Donate a prize to help fund our student scholarships and programming Ice Breaker Scavenger Hunt to Earn Raffle Tickets • · Vendors can submit an Ice Breaker question to have attendees ask when they come to their booth. Attendees will receive extra raffle tickets based on the number of vendors that have signed off that the attendee stopped by the booth and asked the question Registration: • · Attendance is free for all attendees Event Day Food: • · Breakfast - Donuts, breakfast sandwiches, and coffee will be provided in the morning for all. • · Lunch - A boxed lunch and non-alcoholic drinks will be provided for all. • · There will be a cash bar in the afternoon.
