Breathe & Receive: A Guided Breathwork Experience

Imagine 90 minutes where no one needs anything from you—just gentle breathwork, immersive music, prayer, and room to exhale and receive. For 90 minutes, step out of the noise and into an immersive experience created to help you exhale. Settle onto a mat or into a chair as music fills the room. Cara guides you through grounding, gentle breathwork, prayer, meditation, and quiet reflection. Everything is invitational. You can breathe normally, keep your eyes open, change position, or pause at any time. This is for the person who has been giving, carrying, deciding, and holding it together — and wants space to receive instead. This isn’t about forcing a breakthrough. It’s about making room to become present to yourself and to God. Leave with more clarity, more peace, and a little more room inside. God is at the center. Breath is simply the bridge. Rooted in Christian faith. No breathwork experience is needed. Before you reserve: This experience is for adults 18+.
