Come move, sweat, and grow with us! BTTB Masc Flow is a Circuit style group workout for BIPOC trans men, transmasculine, studs and masc folx. This is about getting active, building confidence, and having a space where we can move comfortably and be ourselves. Whether you’re a gym regular, getting back into fitness, or haven’t worked out in a minute, you’re welcome here. Come at your own pace, modify when you need to, and encourage the person next to you. Expect a good workout, good energy, community, and motivation. Come for the workout. Stay for the connection. 🏋🏾♂️ All fitness levels welcome 🔥 Good vibes ONLY 💙 Blue Space
