Chef Geoffrey Zakarian will be introducing his new book, ORIGINAL FOOD Recapturing the Joy of Eating. ORIGINAL FOOD: Recapturing the Joy of Eating In Original Food: Recapturing the Joy of Eating, world-renowned chef Geoffrey Zakarian challenges the processed food culture that has dominated American eating for decades. Drawing on decades of experience leading acclaimed restaurants including Town, Country and The Lambs Club, Zakarian delivers a research-based approach to wellness through what he calls "original food" – whole, local, and minimally processed ingredients. Equal parts culinary storytelling and practical guide, Zakarian weaves over 20 new recipes together with his best tips, techniques, and strategies for transforming the way you shop, cook, and eat. About the author: Geoffrey Zakarian, a master of modern American cuisine, has presided over some of the country’s top kitchens in the past 25 years. Currently, Geoffrey is chef/partner at The Lambs Club and The National in New York City as well as at Point Royal and Counter Point at The Diplomat Beach Resort in Hollywood, FL.
