Energetic Restoration - A Sound Healing Experience

A guided energy, sound healing, and tea ceremony experience for deep restoration, intention,& nervous-system reset. Leave restored! This experience was created from something very real: we both spend our lives caring for people, and we see how much emotional weight, stress, and unseen hurt people are carrying. This experience was born from a shared desire to come together and create a space where people can pause, breathe, receive, and be supported in a deeper way. Dr. Kristin had the vision for bringing this experience to the community, and Carolina brings years of experience in sound healing, Reiki, yoga, guided energy work, and other restorative modalities. This is not a typical wellness event. It is a guided, intentional experience designed to help you slow down, set a clear personal intention, and move into a more peaceful, grounded state. Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, and anything else you need to lie down comfortably. Please arrive early to choose your crystal, get comfortable, and settle into the space. To honor the energy of the evening and everyone's experience, doors will close at 6:45 PM so we can begin together without interruption. This experience brings together sound healing, chakra energy balancing, guided energy work, tea, crystal intention, and a thoughtful reflection on the power of shared healing spaces. Every detail is chosen with care to help you slow down, release what feels heavy, and reconnect with a calmer, more grounded version of yourself. This is not a typical event. It is a space to receive, reset, and move energy with intention. Each guest will choose one crystal at the beginning of the evening. Please arrive early so you can pick up your crystal, have it during the experience, and use it as a personal anchor for your intention. After the event, your crystal is yours to take home and keep with you as a daily reminder of what you are ready to release, receive, or call into your life. This type of session can be deeply restorative and even transformative for those who are open to slowing down, being present, and allowing themselves to receive.
