Healing The Crown Tea Ceremony

Participants will receive curated crown chakra tea, an in depth look at the chakra through an eastern and western lens, guided meditation, take home tools to help align and activate the crown, and a handout including the blend, exercises, and crystals associated with this center. Guests can bring an optional blanket, cushion, or a journal and drop in to expand, remember, and reconnect.
