Evidence-based techniques for body position and pushing so not only know what to do, but HOW to do it. • Preparing your pelvic floor for birth: Breathing, movement, and lifestyle techniques to start implementing right away. • Evidence-based techniques to reduce the risk for severe tearing. • Early postpartum recovery - getting realistic about the early days postpartum from Maddy, a postpartum practioner and postpartum chef, and recovering the core and pelvic floor from Anne Marie, a pelvic floor physical therapist.
