Pursuing Inspiration 2026

Pursuing Inspiration brings our community together to hear an inspiring woman who will share a powerful keynote related to our theme: “Honoring Our Legacy, Igniting Our Future.” This year, Women’s Initiative celebrates 25 years of impact in the Greater Toledo community. We believe that understanding our foundation is what empowers us to mobilize and inspire women to become leaders, philanthropists, and advocates. About the Event Keynote speaker Nicole Herrera, founder of Her Era, will guide attendees through her signature RECLAIM Framework™ — a powerful roadmap for women ready to step into their next chapter with clarity and confidence. Nicole’s message mirrors the heart of Women’s Initiative itself: true leadership means rising — and making room for the women coming up behind you. What You’ll Take Away • • A personal framework for navigating your next chapter • Renewed clarity on the legacy you are building • Inspiration to lead with both ambition and purpose This Event is for You — Wherever You Are Whether you’re just starting your career, navigating a major transition, building a business, or reflecting on a lifetime of impact — Nicole’s message meets you where you are. Every woman in the room will find something that resonates. Join us. Be inspired. Rise — and bring someone with you.
