Our premiere evening, The Autumn Table, features a five-course harvest menu developed by Chef Marcus Hartford of The Collective in partnership with CJ’s Culinary Reserve, designed to provide a sophisticated and immersive dining experience. YOUR EVENING INCLUDES: ◆ Five-course curated menu ◆ Seasonal, locally sourced ingredients ◆ Harvest-inspired mocktails ◆ Live acoustic entertainment ◆ Communal candlelit seating ◆ Priority access to upcoming Seasonal Supper Series events THE AUTUMN TABLE MENU FIRST COURSE: Whipped Goat Cheese Crostini – Apple butter, pickled apple, candied pecan, maple, fresh thyme, flaky sea salt. SECOND COURSE: Autumn Harvest Salad – Frisée, radicchio, baby spring greens, shaved fennel, pickled shallot, blue cheese, maple-candied bacon, candied pecans, duck-fat apple cider vinaigrette. THIRD COURSE: Roasted Cauliflower & Fennel Soup – Roasted cauliflower, roasted fennel, leeks, roasted garlic, brown butter, thyme, toasted pepitas, celery leaves, fennel fronds. FOURTH COURSE: Seared Duck Breast – Crispy duck skin, apple cider gastrique, celery root and parsnip purée, roasted autumn root vegetables, toasted hazelnut, fresh thyme. FIFTH COURSE: Brown Butter Panna Cotta – Maple caramel, roasted pear, brown butter streusel, vanilla.
