9th Annual Diversifying the Teacher Workforce: Expanding the Conversation

Join us in person to explore fresh ideas on making the teacher workforce more diverse and inclusive! Join Us for the 9th Annual Diversifying the Teacher Workforce! Get ready for an engaging in-person event. The theme, Expanding the Conversation - Neurodiveristy in Policy, Practice, and Pedagogy, 2.0 expands on last year’s discussion. We encourage P-12 educators, EPPs, and community members to explore the intersections of neurodiversity, culture, and education. Centering the understanding that neurodivergent individuals are not a monolith, this convening hopes to examine how cultural context shapes experiences, how culturally responsive legislation addresses inclusion, and how teacher preparation programs influence equitable support for students in today’s classrooms.
