Community Meeting: New LNG Plant in Port Richmond

What does PGW’s proposed LNG plant mean for Port Richmond and nearby neighborhoods? Learn the facts, ask questions, and share your concerns. A new gas plant in Port Richmond? It’s time to protect our community. PGW is planning a new liquefied natural gas (LNG) plant at Delaware Avenue & Venango Street, and it has ignored our neighborhood’s concerns. So we’re coming together to talk about what we know, what we don’t, and what we do next to demand transparency and accountability from PGW. Neighbors, local organizers, a physician, and an engineer will explain how the proposed plant could affect our health, our safety, and our gas bills.
