The morning will begin with a few gentle stretches to awaken the body before settling into a long savasana, or resting pose. From there, you’ll be immersed in the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, creating a meditative experience that encourages deep relaxation, stress relief, and a grounded sense of calm. ✨ Why a Sound Bath?
