Whether you’re just beginning your fitness journey or looking for a new challenge, you’ll get a fun, supportive workout focused on strength, endurance, conditioning, and overall fitness using bodyweight exercises. Class Details: • Saturdays from 10:30–11:30 AM • The Shop Wrestling Club • 34 Warren Street, Somerville, NJ What to Expect: • Full-body bodyweight workout • Beginner-friendly with exercise modifications • Coach-led instruction throughout the class • Air-conditioned facility with comfortable wrestling mats • Positive, encouraging environment Please bring: • Water bottle • Comfortable workout clothes • A clean pair of athletic shoes to wear on the mats (please avoid wearing the same shoes you walked in with to help keep the mats clean)
