Italian American Pasta-Making Class & Wine/Beer Pairing w. Chef Ed Strojan

Join us for a special Italian American pasta-making class featuring antipasto, two handmade pastas & sauces, dessert, and wine/beer pairing. Welcome! Chef Edward Strojan invites you to attend his special Italian American pasta-making class at Reunion Hall in Haddon Township. In this hands-on experience, guests will learn how to make two of Chef Ed's favorite Italian American pasta dishes from scratch (orecchiete with broccoli rabe & sausage and a vodka sauce) that can be recreated at home with confidence. Bring your appetite, guests will enjoy delicious food from start to finish! What’s On The Menu: • To Start: Homemade focaccia and antipasto • Main Course: Orecchiete with broccoli rabe & sausage and a vodka sauce, handmade in-class • Dessert: Homemade tiramisu • Beverages: Wine/beer pairing In This Class Guests Will: • Learn the dough-to-plate process of creating pastas and sauces from scratch • Learn about the history of featured pasta shapes • Get hands-on experience making various pasta shapes, which will be cooked and served during class • Hear Chef Ed’s favorite tips and tricks for making authentic dishes at home • Receive info and recipe packets for guests to take home Please Note: Dietary restrictions and allergies must be shared with us two days prior to the class.
