Join us on Friday, September 25th at 7:30 PM for an evening filled with Bollywood favorites, music, laughter, great food and drinks, and plenty of opportunities to show off your singing skills. Whether you're the person who always reaches for the microphone or you'd rather enjoy the performances from the audience, there's a ticket for you. 🎤 Choose Your Experience 🎶 Singer Admission — $20 Ready for your moment on the mic? Singer admission includes: • One domestic beverage • Participation in the karaoke program • Up to two songs across two rounds for singers who arrive on time • Full access to the event and venue amenities Only 20 singer spots are available, so we strongly recommend registering early if you want to perform. Performance order will be first come, first served. 👏 Non-Singer Admission — $15 Not singing? You're still part of the party! Come enjoy the performances, support your friends, discover some great singers, and help us keep the energy going all night. Non-Singer admission includes: • One domestic beverage • The same general event access and amenities • All the Bollywood music and entertainment • An important job: cheering on our singers! Non-Singer tickets do not include a karaoke performance spot. 🎵 How the Karaoke Works Our registered singers will perform across two rounds. Round 1: One song per singer Round 2: One additional song per singer Singers who arrive on time are scheduled for two songs. Late-arriving singers are not guaranteed both performances, as additional songs will depend on the remaining program time. Each song should be approximately 4–5 minutes maximum. 🎼 Pick Your Songs When singers check in, they'll be asked to provide three song choices. Why three? We want to keep the playlist fresh! If another performer has already selected or performed one of your choices, our organizers will do their best to use one of your alternate selections and avoid repeating the same songs throughout the evening. While we can't guarantee there will be no duplicates, we'll make every reasonable effort to keep the lineup varied. 🎟️ What Happens at Check-In? Singers will receive a singer wristband and a domestic beverage voucher upon arrival. Non-Singers will also receive a domestic beverage voucher. Your voucher can be redeemed at the bar for one domestic beverage. Additional food and alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase separately. 🎙️ More Than Just Karaoke We're creating an evening where everyone can have a good time, whether you're performing or watching. Additional food and drinks can be purchased from the venue. 🎱 Billiards Take a break between performances and play a game. Separate billiards charges apply. 🚗 Ample free parking Convenient parking is available in front of the venue. ❤️ Singers of All Levels Are Welcome You do not have to be a professional singer to participate. This night is about having fun, enjoying Bollywood music, and creating a supportive atmosphere where people feel comfortable getting on stage. We ask everyone to respect and encourage every performer—whether they're an experienced singer or holding a karaoke microphone for the first time. No booing, heckling, or rude remarks.
