Get ready for the vibes with Real Riddim Dance Workout. The easy-to-follow routines feel like a party! REAL RIDDIM DANCE WORKOUT Real Riddim Dance Workout™ is an original dance fitness format created by Marissa Tonge, founder and CEO of Real Rhythm Dance and Fitness. It is an all level, follow along, dance workout that features Dancehall, Reggae, Afrobeats, Dembow and island fusion/international beats! The format is designed to make you feel like you're on your favorite island vacation or at a Caribbean party (bashment). We encourage our students to embrace their wild & sexy side, have fun & whine up while improving their cardiovascular & muscular endurance. Participants will particularly notice their lower body and core actively engaged and working during the workout.
