Contestant Requirements To compete, chefs must: Register online by November 10, 2026 Prepare 10 lbs of pork shoulder crafted into a pulled pork recipe of their choosing Deliver their completed dish to Verve between 12:30–1:00 PM on competition day Be ready for judging and public tasting beginning at 2 PM https://www.vervestyle.com/celebration-of-pork Additional Details All dishes must arrive fully cooked and ready to serve Verve will provide serving pans and buffet setup Contestants may bring optional garnishes or toppings Judging includes: flavor, texture, creativity, and crowd response Winners announced at 6:30 PM
