Sarah was a great instructor Terri ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We cooked wonderful Italian food & an appetizer that we have since made at home. My husband & I had made pasta before, but Chef Sarah's recipe was much easier and the dough was easier to work with. The Caesar salad and story that went with it were fascinating! Also the story about tomatoes and when they were brought to the new world and what happened after that (no spoilers)! The sauce for the pasta was very simple and delicious. The dessert really rounded out the meal. We would definitely take a class with Chef Sarah again. It was also really nice to meet her mom, Chef Linda. Megan ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Really fun class on making pasta!
