Connect & Create

A Healing Sound and Art Experience Join Edwina the Artist and Rev. Adun for an afternoon gathering to connect deeper with ourselves, each other, and our creative selves. Connect & Create is a Two hour guided immersion where you will experience guided meditation, creative expression and a place to land and relax with the singing bowls. This event is for folks who are looking to deepen their creative connection while being gently guided to help foster a sense of confidence in your own intuitive creation. A beginner or expert in mindfulness, the bowls and Adun support you and meet you where you are at. What would it look like for you to let go of control and be deeply held and supported in this creative adventure? This container will be held with your care, vessel and creativity at the forefront. As practitioners, we know that doing something new can be the hardest hurdle, and how sacred what we create is treated with the reverence it deserves. Edwina and Adun are here to hold the container so that you are truly able to let go and allow your creative self to form and blossom. This event is to come as you are, and meet you where you are at. Any level, any stage, there is room for you at the table. Supportive Tea and light bits will be provided for you, all you need to do is bring yourself, a friend and your creative spirit. Adun is a queer, non-binary Animist practitioner, Reiki Master Teacher, and deeply intuitive guide who has radically transformed their life in pursuit of wholeness and authenticity. A sober badass with a gentle, growth-centered approach, Adun guides people through their inner worlds, helping them sit with what feels uncomfortable and have tea with their shadows. Together, we learn to welcome every part of ourselves, return to wholeness, and cultivate a more compassionate relationship with ourselves, the earth, and each other. Through nervous system education, energy work, somatic wisdom, and grounded spiritual practice, Adun helps people understand the patterns of self-protection that shape their lives and become compassionate inner guides to their own minds and bodies. Healing Queerly Collective weaves urban animism, somatic wisdom, and community care to reconnect us with the living world around us. Their offerings in coaching, energy work, and community gatherings welcome queer and trans people, parents, and allies to heal, grow, and live with greater intention, authenticity, and love.
