Red Table Sound Bath Meditation SAT Oct 17, 5 PM

A sound bath meditation that has you using your inner fire to create the compassion & love for yourself & others, losing stress & anxiety We will be at Ramada 5 behind the Ochard River Townhomes. Enter the second driveway off Glenn next to the townhomes and drive back to the stone pillars. Turn into the stone pillars Ramada 5 is at the end of that road. We will create and encourage our inner fire to grow within us during this sound bath session. The Solar Plexus area holds all of our feelings and our life force. Developing this 3rd chakra is key to strength in the Fall months. We will use gong to release what is hidden, crystal & Tietan bowls to encourage and develope this 3rd chakra. Chimes to lighten our feelings and drum to ground us and connect us to the earth. With the use of other percussion instruments we will create compassion & love for ourselves and others.
