During the experience, you’re invited to get comfortable in whatever way your body needs. You can lie down, rest on your side, use bolsters for support, wrap up in blankets, or move gently if that helps you settle. There’s no posture to hold and no right way to be here. As the sound of crystal singing bowls fill the space, mental overstimulation begins to ease.
