Sound Bath Experience | Tucson Step into a deeply restorative sound immersion at The Healing Hub, featuring crystal singing bowls, gongs, metal singing bowls, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments. Our Sound Bath Experiences are thoughtfully facilitated to create a calming and supportive environment for deep relaxation, emotional release, nervous system regulation, and energetic alignment. Schedule Regular Sound Bath Experience • Thursdays at 7:00 PM • Saturdays at 5:30 PM September Limited Schedule September will feature a reduced Sound Bath schedule while part of The Healing Hub team travels to Denver for the Gem Show with Michal & Company. Our September Sound Bath dates are: • Thursday, September 3 at 7:00 PM • Thursday, September 24 at 7:00 PM • Saturday, September 26 at 5:30 PM Because fewer sessions are available during September, we recommend reserving early. Beginning in October, our expanded weekly schedule will include Sound Bath Experiences every Thursday, along with two Sound Bath sessions every Saturday. Please always confirm the date and start time shown on your selected ticket before completing your reservation. Whether you are new to sound baths or already familiar with the practice, this experience is designed to help you: • Reduce stress and mental noise • Support emotional clarity • Encourage deep relaxation and better sleep • Reconnect with your inner balance • Create intentional space to pause, release, and reset Please Bring • A yoga mat (we also provide yoga mats at no additional cost) • An optional blanket, pillow, or bolster for additional comfort For your comfort and safety, please let us know in advance if you use a pacemaker, hearing device, or have any accessibility needs. Arrive Early and Experience The Healing Hub Doors typically open one hour before your scheduled session. Please refer to your selected Eventbrite ticket for the exact check-in and start time. Guests are welcome to discover our Crystal Gallery and explore our collection of crystals, jewelry, Egyptian perfumes, spices, vitamins, wellness products, structured water, Energy Enhancement System Room experiences, and other offerings available throughout the space. Accessibility & Comfort You do not need to lie on the floor to participate. Reclining chairs are available for guests who have difficulty getting down to or up from the floor, or who may need additional physical support. Please contact us in advance so our team can reserve a recliner and prepare the space to help you feel as comfortable as possible.
