Doors 5pm | Show 6pm | Advance $12 / Day of Show $15 + Dice Fees | 16+ The Coolers are an eight-piece horn driven band that initially focused on Texas style blues and southern soul ala Aretha Franklin. Since their inception in 2009 the band has incorporated more funk, rock and other influences and includes a healthy helping of Steely Dan in the set list. The latest addition has been a number of 70’s and 80’s dance funk tunes. The common denominator is that all the material will get you dancing, and for those not on the dance floor there is plenty of ear candy provided by multiple talented soloists and powerhouse lead vocals. When the Coolers return to Hotel Congress it’s guaranteed to be a horn-fueled dance party!
