Yin Yoga & Sound Bath: Continuous Somatic Reset

Dissolve tension and reset your nervous system with slow, prop-supported Yin yoga bathed in continuous, unbroken sound healing. Step into an evening of deep somatic restoration with an uninterrupted immersion in Yin yoga and therapeutic live sound. No prior yoga experience is necessary—this practice is gentle, fully accessible, and designed for deep rest. Guided by Michelle, you will soften into passive, grounded Yin yoga postures held comfortably for 3–5 minutes with prop support. Throughout the entire practice, Gloria from Solis Sound Therapy provides continuous live sound—weaving grounding acoustic vibrations that never stop from the moment you settle in until the final resting posture. Rather than experiencing yoga and sound in intervals, the live frequencies remain an unbroken sonic backdrop to your movement and stillness. The Benefits of Continuous Yin & Sound: • Accelerated Somatic Release: Holding gentle floor shapes targets deep connective tissues (fascia, tendons, and joints), while nonstop vibrational frequencies signal muscles to soften around each stretch much faster than breath alone. • Effortless Stillness: For many, holding long postures triggers a restless mind. The unbroken soundscape provides a continuous anchor for your awareness, quieting mental chatter so you never slip out of presence. • Deeper Nervous System Reset: The sustained resonance guides brainwaves from alert beta states down into calm alpha and theta frequencies, facilitating an immediate somatic shift into rest-and-digest mode. How You’ll Feel Leaving:You will walk away feeling grounded, spacious, and thoroughly unburdened—with softened tension throughout your physical body, a quieted mind, and a steady sense of inner calm that carries into your week.
