Doors 7:30am | Yoga 8am - 9am | $15 + Dice Fees | All Ages Bring your bestie and your yoga mat and join us at the Historic Hotel Congress Plaza for a Sunday morning yoga session with Birdie! From 8am- 9am, Birdie will conduct a class for all levels, blending mindful movement, breath, strength, and opportunities to connect with the body in a supportive environment. Your ticket includes a classic mimosa, available in the Hotel Congress Lounge after the class. Birdie is a yoga instructor who believes yoga should be a welcoming and accessible practice for everyone. Originally from Cleveland, she spent the past 10 years in Denver before completing her yoga teacher training in France.
