Authentic Relating Lab

Circling is a practice of authentic connection through presence, curiosity, vulnerability, and exploring our experience together. Authentic Relating Lab (Circling) is often referred to as a "relational meditation" because it focuses on communication practices that bring us deeply into the present moment and what arises in the here and now. Circling is like a dojo for developing and sharpening your authenticity, self-awareness, conscious communication, and other powerful relating skills. Circling can be a uniquely profound way of relating with other people, and seems to often open up feelings of awe, wonder, and a state of flow for those practicing this form of communication. I invite you to join us in a space where you can be deeply seen and felt just as you are with a group of people that want more conscious communication and connection in their lives. ~ - @Park Grove Creative Community - Sliding Scale: $5-20 🙏💗 - No one turned away!
